I am Satyen Tawde, a culinary arts student from ITM IHM, Oshiwara. Festivals are an integral part of every Indians life. Those are the times where a person lets himself free and enjoys. Be it shopping or food. Being a culinary arts student, food has always interested me. But when we speak of festivals, it again is a melange of wide range of food items. I will be creating blogs that would describe an Indian festival and a food item that is famous during that particular festival. Stories and recipes of the same will be posted too.
